Terms of Service

By accessing or using cryoaminos.com (the "Site") or placing an order with Cryo Aminos, LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any product.

You must be at least 21 years old, a qualified researcher, scientist, technician, or otherwise legitimately engaged in scientific research, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

All products sold by Cryo Aminos are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, forensic, and analytical use. You agree not to consume, ingest, inject, or otherwise administer any product to a human or animal, and not to resell to anyone who is not a qualified researcher. • All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes.
• Payment is collected manually via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or BTC. We do not store card or bank details.
• Your order is reserved when placed and confirmed once we receive payment matching the order number you provided.
• We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected misuse, sanctioned regions, or insufficient identity verification.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmed payment and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We ship to addresses within the United States only. Restricted destinations and timing details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (less original shipping). Opened products are not eligible for return. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

The Site, brand, logos, and all content are the property of Cryo Aminos, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any of it without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryo Aminos, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or misuse of any product. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or any product use or misuse.

Products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
