Shipping & Returns

We ship within the contiguous United States only. We currently do not ship internationally or to addresses outside the 50 US states.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmed payment, Monday through Friday. Payments received over the weekend are processed the following business day.

• USPS Priority Mail — typically 2–4 business days.
• UPS Ground — typically 3–5 business days.
• FedEx Ground / Home Delivery — typically 3–5 business days.

A tracking number is emailed automatically the moment your order ships.

Flat-rate shipping applies to most orders. Free shipping is automatically applied above the threshold shown at checkout. The exact amount appears on your order summary before you place the order.

We do not ship to PO boxes when an alternative residential or business address is available. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to any US jurisdiction where research-grade compound sale is prohibited by state law. If your shipping state cannot be served, you will be notified at checkout or by email after the order is placed.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, or if your package arrives damaged, contact orders@cryoaminos.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, ship a replacement.

• Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Opened products and bacteriostatic-water consumables are non-returnable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend USPS Priority with tracking.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.

You may cancel a pending order any time before payment is confirmed by replying to your order email or contacting us. Once an order has been marked paid in our system and is processing, cancellation is at our discretion.
